On the other side of the aisle, he has successfully defended defendants in cases with millions of dollars at stake. His cases representing plaintiffs range from representing victims of childhood sexual abuse and incest, to sexual assault and battery, to victims of industrial accidents, to whistleblower/wrongful termination, etc. Cases in which he defended individuals and companies include real estate and business disputes. He has dedicated much of his legal career to representing victims of childhood sexual abuse and has been a groundbreaking victims’ rights advocate.
